Press Down Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Press Down Services! Our current shipping provider
is
UPS,
and as part of the checkout process you may choose your own method of delivery,
ranging from UPS Ground to Overnight delivery. All orders placed before 12:00pm
EST Monday - Friday may ship the same day order is placed. Otherwise, please
allow 24 hours for order processing. All orders placed on the weekends or holidays
will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Sorry, Press Down is unable to ship to PO Boxes, for your protection all orders
must be shipped to a verifiable street address. To protect the security of
your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to
an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card,
you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place
an alternate address on file with your credit card company, simply call the
800 number listed on the back of your card and ask the representative to add
the address to the notes on your account.
All items shipped will be given a tracking number through UPS. Once the order
is processed, a tracking number is provided with
your
invoice. You can then track you package by clicking on the tracking number listed in your account profile. Shold you have any questions

At Press Down, your complete shopping satisfaction is our #1 priority! All
of our items are checked carefully before shipping to make sure they are free
from damage or defect. If you should have any problems with your order, please

Returns must first be authorized by Press Down Services via email, phone or fax. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.
Press Down will not accept any returned merchandise that was not authorized.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
