The VividCoater XDC series comes standard with touch screen controls for ease of use. It incorporates 3 bulbs, UV and IR. Deep pile feeder - 18" capacity. Easy to operate, the system has Double Sheet Detector, Stainless Steel Doctor Blade, 3 roller coating application system and an easy set lever for adjusting roller pressure settings and doctor blade. The automatic feed requires compressed air.

VIVID COATER DLG SERIES

The VividCoater DLG series comes standard with touch screen controls for ease of use. It incorporates a UV lamp (one standard, second optional)(Spot Coater comes with 2 standard) and an IR lamp. 3 rollers with reverse and variable roller speed ratio control provides best coating results. Pneumatic automatic receding stacker on AS modes and Spot Coater. Air knife is optional for assistance with thin stocks (above 80 gsm). The automatic feed requires compressed air.

VIVID COATER - MICRO

The VividCoater Micro is a low maintenance ultra violet cured coating system that produces a high quality finish to the printed sheet.
This Micro coater has a foot print less than 3" x 3" and will do up to 1800 sheets per hour. Easy to operate, the system allows for variable coating thickness control and variable speed control. The operator can switch from gloss and matte finish in minutes.
