THE PLOCKMATIC 40/50 SYSTEM

Plockmatic C 510 Collator and the Plockmatic BM 61 Binder with 104 Squarefolder. A step in system for low/mid volume booklet making including squarefoldning.

The 510 collator/feeder hybrid is available in four different configurations – the C 510, the AC 510, the CF 510 and the ACF 510. The C model is limited to collation work. AC includes air separation for coated or normally difficult to handle stocks. F stands for feeder ability which means it is suited for the digital print market. All 510 models can be used in the System 50 but feeder ability is not possible as this is a system for the analogue market.

THE PLOCKMATIC 100 SYSTEM

Plockmatic AC 510 Aircollator with Plockmatic BM 61 Binder and 104 Squarefolder. A compact air feed light production booklet making system including squarefolding.

The System 100 is a collating, booklet making and square folding system but yet fully automatic. As feeders, all 510 models can be used but as the BM 61 booklet maker accepts only sets the feeder options in the CF and ACF models can not be utilized. The AC 510 with air separation makes collating of colour & coated stock from analogue print sources possible. The Square folding module allows you to produce booklets with a flat professional magazine look. The system has a small footprint combined with an extremely good price/performance ratio. Ideal finisher to digital duplicators and other analogue print sources.
