The DocuCrease contains a clearly marked table with an indicator scale for easy and accurate positioning of the creases. Two adjustable backstops allow for two creases in one pass on the same piece, or for easy set-up of multiple creasing jobs. And it is "ergonomically correct", making it easy to use for either right or left handed operation.

AUTOCREASER

The Standard Morgana AutoCreaser is a fully automatic, suction feed channel scoring system designed for both digital and conventional offset printers. The AutoCreaser's unique channel scoring action provides an ideal finish on substrates that are easily damaged using other methods. This is especially true in the case of the latest generation of ink or toner-based digital printing systems, where their use of rotary scoring often results in cracking of the stock and damage to the printed image.

CREASE MASTER PRO

The CreaseMaster Pro does impact creasing for low to mid volume users. It is pneumatic and requires a compressor. Stream fed by hand at speeds up to 2000 sheets/hour (upgradeable to Creasemaster Plus). The menu driven touch screen controls allow for unequalled ease of use. Inverted and regular impact scoring in the same pass (create Z folded pieces in a single pass). Up to 5 scores per sheet and up to 5 jobs can be stored into memory.

CREASE MASTER PLUS+

The CreaseMaster Plus+ contains 2 separate dies to allow for inverted and regular impact score on a single pass. Easy to use microprocessor control. Menu driven interface ensures that the system is operator-friendly. Up to 100 impact scores per sheet, Minimum of 0.05''(0.13mm) between creases. Up to 20 jobs can be stored into memory; this eliminates set-up time and increases productivity. Single sheet set-up in a matter minutes allows you to quickly change from one job to another. Bottom suction air feed eliminates scuffing and allows for continuous loading for greater productivity.
