DOCUFOLD - Morgana

The feed tray's automatic paper length sensor measure the paper size, then calculates the fold plate positions according to the type of fold selected. The automated set-up of the fold plate positions uses six popular standard fold formats, making it easy to accurately set up each job,
even with odd length stocks. The fold positions and delivery-stacking roller automatically move to the correct position. For non-standard folds, there are six customer programmable memory positions abailable. Convenient top loading requires no fanning or special handling for consistent feeding. Each job is neatly stacked along the belt-driven exit conveyor. The batch counter creates an inerval between grouped sets.

The DocuFold's unique suction transfer table easily handles high gloss paper and curled static-charged stock from digital printers. The register table aligns the paper before entering her fold rollers to ensure that each sheet is fed squarely into the fold rollers. The unique composite material of the folding rollers provides positive grip on a wide variety of stocks without the need for adjustment or frequent cleaning. Each fold, perforation or score will be accurate, sheet after sheet.
