DIGI Ultrabind

The DIGI Ultrabind cycles up to 300 times per hour with an average operator producing about 200 to 250 books per hour, thei is due to the unique feature of one pass binding. Books are placed in the clamp on the left and pass through the chipper and glue and end at the right picking up the cover. The DIGI Ultrabind requires little adjustment, but the spine pressure can be adjusted for a square or round spine. The notching, adhesive application and nipper clamping are all automatic. The only thing the operator needs to do is place a cover into position. Another unique feature of the DIGI Ultrabind commonly found on more expensive binders is its dynamic nipper table which automatically senses and adjusts to the size of the book. BQ-150

The BQ-150 cycles up to 250 times per hour with an average operator producing about 150 to 200 books per hour. Unlike other perfect binders, the BQ-150 requires little adjustment. A simple switch allows the operator to immediately select one of three binding modules: perfect binding with two way notching (for maximum book strength); perfect binding without notching (for very thin books); and simple binding (when a cover isn't needed). The notching, adhesive application and nipper clamping are all automatic. The only thing the operator needs to do is place a cover into position. Another unique feature of the BQ-150 commonly found on more expensive binders is its dynamic nipper table which automatically senses and adjusts to the size of the book.
